INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Energy Blendie

  • ½ orange

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 cup soy milk

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

EQUIPMENT:

  • Blender

METHOD:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Enjoy!

NOTES:
