INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cleanse Blendie

  • 1 small pear

  • ¼ avocado

  • ½ cup kefir

EQUIPMENT:

  • Blender

METHOD:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Enjoy!

NOTES:

  • Kefir is full of gut friendly probiotics which help to strengthen your immune health and has been shown to reduce the severity of a cold

  • Vitamin C has also been shown to reduce the duration and severity of a cold - it's found in green tea and spinach which are key ingredients in the cleanse blendie
