INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Energy Blendie

  • 1 apple

  • 1 ½ tablespoons natural crunchy peanut butter

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 cup almond milk 

EQUIPMENT:

  • blender

METHOD:

Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz on low until smooth.

NOTES:

High in protein, so it's perfect to keep hunger at bay.
