INGREDIENTS:

1 Cleanse Blendie

1/4 avocado

3/4 cup coconut milk
-
1 handful spinach
-
chia seeds (optional)
TOPPINGS :
-
chia seeds
-
coconut chips
EQUIPMENT:

blender
METHOD:
Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz on low until smooth. Spoon into a bowl. Decorate with the toppings and enjoy
NOTES:

With only 13g carbohydrates per serving and high in good fats from avocado and chia seeds, this smoothie bowl is perfect for if you are following a ketogenic, or low carb high fat diet
