INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Antioxidant Blendie

  • ½ cup frozen mango

  • ¼ cup blackberries

  • ¼ avocado (optional)

  • ⅓ cup coconut milk

 

TOPPINGS:

  • Blackberries

  • Pomegranate seeds

  • Dark chocolate

EQUIPMENT:

  • blender

METHOD:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz on low until smooth. Spoon into a bowl. Decorate with the toppings and enjoy.

NOTES:

  • Pomegranate, chocolate, avocado and mango are all traditionally believed to either be great for fertility or a natural aphrodisiac

  • These ingredients, high in fibre, good fats and antioxidants are also great for a healthy cardiovascular system (aka your ticker!)

TIPS:

  • Add Greek/natural yogurt or ½ scoop of vanilla protein powder for an extra boost of protein.

  • Add a small handful of oats to boost the soluble fibre content, also great for a healthy heart

  • Swap the dark chocolate for a sprinkle of cacao nibs if you like
