INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Antioxidant Blendie

  • 1 small apple

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup almond/soy milk

EQUIPMENT:

  • Blender

METHOD:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Enjoy!

NOTES:

  • Blueberries and apples are all anti-inflammatory foods that may help with illness recovery.
