INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup frozen berries

½ banana, ripe

1 heaped tbs greek yoghurt

1 heaped tbs rolled oats

1 Protein Blendie
-
1 cup low fat milk
EQUIPMENT:

blender
METHOD:
Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz on low until smooth.
NOTES:
After weights training this is the perfect recovery smoothie to help you get the most out of your workout – high in protein and teamed with carbohydrates
