ANTIOXIDANT DETOX SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

1 Antioxidant Blendie

1 cup milk or almond milk
-
¼ cup papaya
-
1 fig
TOPPING:
-
Chia seeds
EQUIPMENT:
-
blender
METHOD:
Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz on low until smooth. Spoon into a bowl. Decorate with the toppings and enjoy.
NOTES:

Add ice for a thicker ice cold smoothie
-
Add a handful of spinach leaves for extra fibre and nitrates
-
Figs and papaya are full of fibre helping digestion and to promote more regular and cleansing bowel movements
