ANTIOXIDANT DETOX SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Antioxidant Blendie

  • 1 cup milk or almond milk

  • ¼ cup papaya

  • 1 fig

 

TOPPING:

  • Chia seeds

EQUIPMENT:

  • blender

METHOD:

Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz on low until smooth. Spoon into a bowl. Decorate with the toppings and enjoy.

 

NOTES:

  • Add ice for a thicker ice cold smoothie

  • Add a handful of spinach leaves for extra fibre and nitrates

  • Figs and papaya are full of fibre helping digestion and to promote more regular and cleansing bowel movements
