INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cleanse Blendie

  • ¾ cup coconut water

  • ¼ medium grapefruit

  • 1 tbs oats

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

EQUIPMENT:

  • blender

METHOD:

Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz on low until smooth. Spoon into a bowl. Decorate with the toppings and enjoy.

 

NOTES & TIPS:

  • Citrus helps to reduce bloating and is full of immune boosting antioxidant Vitamin C.

  • Spinach, matcha and spirulina also support immune health, provide Vitamin C
