INGREDIENTS:

1 Cleanse Blendie

¾ cup coconut water

¼ medium grapefruit

1 tbs oats
-
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)

1 tsp honey (optional)
EQUIPMENT:

blender
METHOD:
Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz on low until smooth. Spoon into a bowl. Decorate with the toppings and enjoy.
