INGREDIENTS:

1 Antioxidant Blendie
-
1 medium grapefruit
-
1/4 avocado
-
1/2 cup greek yoghurt
FOR GARNISHING:
-
Pumpkin seeds
-
Desiccated coconut
-
Honey
EQUIPMENT:
-
Blender
METHOD:
-
Reserve some blueberries and combine the rest with the avocado, almond milk, greek yoghurt and Blendie in your blender. Pulse until combined and creamy.

Pour into a small bowl and serve with blueberries and figs on top.
