1 Active Blendie

1 banana

1 shot of espresso

1 cup milk
TOPPINGS:

1 medjool date, chopped
EQUIPMENT:

blender
METHOD:
Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz on low until smooth. Spoon into a bowl. Decorate with the toppings and enjoy.
NOTES:

The combination of cacao and coffee will help you wake up, focus and concentrate.
