INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Energy Blendie

  • 1 apricot

  • ½ cup mango

  • 1 cup milk/almond milk

 

TOPPINGS:

  • Pepitas

 

EQUIPMENT:

  • Blender

METHOD:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz on low until smooth. Decorate with pepitas and enjoy

NOTES:

  • Carotenoids, antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables which are red and orange in colour have been found to have positive effects in reducing the effects of oxidation on aging skin.

  • They are also great to improve immune health which will lead to healthy glowing skin

TIPS:

  • Use frozen mango or add ice for a chilled smoothie

  • Add avocado for a boost of essential fatty acids
