1 banana
1 - 1 ½ cups of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
Put the Protein Blendie, the banana and the coconut milk in your blender and blend for 20 seconds. Then add the teaspoon of peanut butter and blend for another 5 seconds.
