INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Superfood Rush Sachet

  • 1/2-1 cup of plain greek yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

EQUIPMENT:

  • Bowl/ Hummingbird Brekfast Mug

  • Spoon

  • Measuring cups (only if desired)

METHOD:

  1. Place superfood rush muesli and desired amount of yoghurt in a bowl or Hummingbird breakfast mug.

  2. Top with blubeberries

  3. Enjoy!
