POWER PROTEIN PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 sachet Natural Porridge

  • ½ cup hot water

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 1 banana, ½ mashed

  • 1 ½ scoops cacao WPI

  • 1 tbs peanut butter (optional)

EQUIPMENT:

  • Microwave

  • Microwave safe bowl

  • Spoon

METHOD:

  1. Combine the oats and hot water in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 60 seconds in the microwave.

  2. Stir in the milk and mashed banana. Heat for a further 30 seconds.

  3. Stir through the cacao WPI and then top with the remaining banana and the peanut butter.

NOTES:

  • Perfect post-workout breakfast on chilly mornings

  • High in protein and fibre for a satisfying meal full of slow burning energy

  • If you do not have WPI you can also swap for raw cacao powder or cocoa.
