INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 sachet Apple Spice Porridge

  • ¼ cup kefir

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL)

  • 1 dried fig

  • 1 tbs puffed grains

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

EQUIPMENT:

  • Bowl

  • Spoon

METHOD:

  1. Combine the porridge, kefir, milk and honey in a bowl and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

  2. Sprinkle with toppings and enjoy.

NOTES & TIPS:

  • Drink plenty of water to help you digest all that fibre

  • Kefir, oats, nuts and seeds and the figs all contain gut friendly probiotics for a healthy gut and immune system

  • Protein and fibre rich to help keep you feeling full

  • Make a few batches ahead and pack in containers or jars for an easy take to work breakfast
