COFFEE BANANA PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 serve of Morning Perk

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 banana

EQUIPMENT:

  • Mixing bowl and spoon

METHOD:

  1. Combine the porridge and milk in a saucepan and heat on medium-high until it starts to bubble. Lower the heat to low and cook for 1 minute.

  2. Mash ¾ of the banana and stir through the warm porridge. Slice the remaining banana and serve on top the porridge.
