CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop of WPI Cacao or Vegan Cacao

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • 1/2 cup milk (your choice)

EQUIPMENT:

  • Blender

METHOD:

  1. Combine all the pancake ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until smooth.

  2. Cook large spoonfuls of mixture in frying pan for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Serve with banana and a drizzle of maple syrup.

TIPS:

  • A great post-workout recovery meal.
