OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 sachet Beauty Berry Porridge

  • ½ small apple, grated

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 scoop Vanilla WPI (optional)

EQUIPMENT:

  • Grater, mixing bowl, spoon

METHOD:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours- overnight.

NOTES:

  • Make batches and keep in jars in the fridge for up to 5 days

  • The extra protein will help keep you feeling full

  • Make vegan by swapping the WPI for Vanilla Pea protein and milk for a non-dairy milk of your choice - soy tastes great for this one

  • Sap the apple for pear for a twist

  • This is full of fibre to keep you feeling full and promote a healthy gut
